Governance isn't the hurdle. It's how you clear it.

I work in sales, but most of my thinking goes into the shift AI is forcing on organisations: decisions made at machine speed, agents acting on their own, and how to govern all of it properly without sacrificing innovation.

How I think about AI governance

01

AI changed the clock speed.

Models and agents now make decisions in milliseconds. Annual reviews and policy PDFs can't keep up, so oversight has to be continuous.

02

Governance is an accelerator.

The organisations moving fastest with AI are the ones that know what they run, where the risk sits and who owns it.

03

Trust compounds.

Customers, regulators and boards reward companies that can prove they use AI responsibly. That proof becomes an edge.
